slam dunk stay!
attentive staffexcellent breakfastluggage storage
the breakfast selection had high quality options! the staff were totally attentive to every need. reception handled luggage storage efficiently while i explored. a car park discount made things much easier for me.
I noticed the air conditioning wasn't at its best, resulting in a slightly warmer room than preferred. It made sleep a tad less comfortable.

My standard king room had updated automated features for lights and curtains controlled at the touch of a button. the room included a spacious bathroom. Its size was excellent. overall, i liked how modern the room felt!

small roominadequate air conditioning
the room felt smaller than expected, i found it difficult to move around comfortably with my luggage. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room adequately, it. i mentioned this to the front desk, but it was not fixed .

The receptionists were lovely and helpful. We were able to check in early. staff made it special with champagne and a platter. the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable with robes and slippers.
I encountered an issue with noise. The walls seemed thin, i heard neighboring rooms and the lobby. It made sleep difficult

The room had high-tech options, including controls for opening and closing the curtains, and it created a modern atmosphere. bathroom toiletries had a pleasant scent, and the lotion left my skin feeling soft. It was a nice detail. the room temperature was comfortable.

Early check-in and late check-out were both available and convenient. the hotel provided robes and slippers in the room for added comfort. a bar was available, where i enjoyed an excellent mojito. The bar staff was friendly and efficient.

The location was easy for sightseeing. it allowed safe walking to the cathedral, trinity college, temple bar area, and stephens green. It was very convenient. my room looked out on a pretty garden.

the hotel did not have someone available to assist with bags on arrival.

the room was modern and spacious. the room looked exactly as shown in photos. staff were helpful and provided maps with discounts at attractions.
the room was noisy. the loading dock and garbage dumpster woke me up early. i found the hotel unresponsive to my concerns after multiple emails.
